Jong Soo Kwon who is the exhibition director of Jeonju Photo Festival in 2018, is a media artist who creates stereoscopic photographs. He majored in computer graphics and earned his Ph.D. in image engineering. He has held solo exhibitions in New York and London and has been in charge of various duties for 7-years as a managing member of the Jeonju Photo Festival.
